Your mission

• You take responsibility for strategic and operational projects, e.g. in the areas of investor releations, strategy, go-to-market, product and operations
• You work directly with our founders to scale essentry
• You analyze existing processes and drive operational excellence initiatives

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled in a master's degree program in management, business administration or a comparable course of study
• You have already gained experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. strategy consulting, investment banking, VC, startup)
• You like to work independently and proactively
• You have an analytical mindset and a hand-on mentality
• You have excellent communication skills and have the confidence to take on big challenges
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
• You are available for at least 6 months
