Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst Verantwortung für strategische und operative Projekte, z.B. in den Bereichen Investorenreleases, Strategie, Go-to-Market, Produkt und Operations
Du arbeitest direkt mit unseren Gründern zusammen, um essentry zu skalieren
Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse und treibst Initiativen zur operativen Exzellenz voran

Dein Profil

Du studierst derzeit einen Master-Studiengang in Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
Du hast bereits Erfahrungen in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld gesammelt (z.B. Strategieberatung, Investment Banking, VC, Startup)
Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig und proaktiv
Du hast eine analytische Denkweise und eine Hands-on-Mentalität
Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hast das Selbstvertrauen, große Herausforderungen anzunehmen
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
Du bist für mindestens 6 Monate verfügbar

Your mission

You take responsibility for strategic and operational projects, e.g. in the areas of investor releations, strategy, go-to-market, product and operations
You work directly with our founders to scale essentry
You analyze existing processes and drive operational excellence initiatives

Your profile

You are currently enrolled in a master's degree program in management, business administration or a comparable course of study
You have already gained experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. strategy consulting, investment banking, VC, startup)
You like to work independently and proactively
You have an analytical mindset and a hand-on mentality
You have excellent communication skills and have the confidence to take on big challenges
You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
You are available for at least 6 months
